Digital Escrow is a Virtual Account that facilitates transactions between two or more parties. It acts as a virtual account linked to a real bank account, holding funds until predetermined conditions are met.


Features of Digital Escrow

  1. Multiple Escrow
    a. Merchants can create and manage multiple digital escrows for various transactions.
  2. Payee Management:
    a. Link payees to a specific escrow.
    b. Assign payout share to each payee as a percentage (%) or a fixed amount (INR).
  3. Document Upload: Upload relevant documents to the escrow for reference, such as:
    a. Escrow Agreement
    b. Request for Escrow Creation.
    c. Transaction Parties Agreement.
    d. Indemnity Letter.
  4. Supported File Formats
    a. PDF and DOC with a maximum size of 5 MB each.
  5. Maximum Documents
    a. Up to 10 documents can be uploaded per escrow.
