Digital Escrow is a Virtual Account that facilitates transactions between two or more parties. It acts as a virtual account linked to a real bank account, holding funds until predetermined conditions are met.
Features of Digital Escrow
- Multiple Escrow
a. Merchants can create and manage multiple digital escrows for various transactions. - Payee Management:
a. Link payees to a specific escrow.
b. Assign payout share to each payee as a percentage (%) or a fixed amount (INR). - Document Upload: Upload relevant documents to the escrow for reference, such as:
a. Escrow Agreement
b. Request for Escrow Creation.
c. Transaction Parties Agreement.
d. Indemnity Letter. - Supported File Formats
a. PDF and DOC with a maximum size of 5 MB each. - Maximum Documents
a. Up to 10 documents can be uploaded per escrow.
