This API fetches the list of users who have made payments using the UPI QR linked to a specific Escrow ID.

The escrow ID for which the QR user list is to be obtained

The "page" parameter specifies the page number of the list that is to be fetched. It indicates which page of results from the list should be returned in the API response.
